1.Usual cooling water system

Tap water—It is cooled directly by the tap water, the water goes out from the outlet, this method is the simplest, but it results in the grave waste of water resource if the equipment runs long time, therefore, it iswater-cooling-connection1 suggested this system should be used for rarely used occasion of equipment; the structure diagram is shown as follows:

2.Closed cycle water supply—A water tank is built separately for the cooling water, the water is supplied by a pump, and the water going out from the equipment flows to the water tank again, this system structure diagram is shown as follows:water-cooling-connection2

This method is quite usual, it not only can save the water, but also is very simple, however, the water pool must be provided with the water regularly, and it shall be cleaned and the water in it shall be replaced every month, so as to ensure the clean tank water and no scale; what`s more, the water tank shall be big enough, to make sure the temperature of pool water is lower than 40℃; The volume of water pool and parameters of water pump are shown as the following table:

Based on the cooling water method, the heat water going out from the induction coil is via the heat exchanger, and cooled by this device, then it goes into the water pool or water tank, thus, this cooling water system can reduce the volume of water pool or water tank to the large extent. Therefore, it is the usual cooling water system. At present, the cooling water tower of glass reinforced plastics that is sold in the market at present is suitable for the cooling device of large-power equipment, but this water of cooling tower is quite dirty, hence, a suitable water filtering device shall be supplied, to guarantee the inner of equipment is not blocked.

  1. Cooling water device-A special cooling water device shall be used, to maintain the water temperature at about 25℃, because this temperature brings the best cooling efficiency for the equipment, if the capital permits, this device shall be chosen first. After using this device, you can enjoy the quite low fault rate of equipment, but this device price is quite high, the model of water cooling device depends on the power of equipment. Once this device is used, the water temperature shall not be adjusted too low, usually controlled about 25℃, if it is lower than the water dew point, the condensation will be produced in the equipment, which will cause the insulation fault, spark and so on.
